When an employer purchases credit recharges to view candidate profiles on our platform, it is a one-time payment that cannot be refunded or cancelled once paid. This policy is in place because the credits are immediately available for use upon purchase and cannot be revoked or undone.
Therefore, we encourage employers to carefully consider their credit recharge purchases before making them. We recommend that employers assess their recruitment needs and determine the appropriate amount of credits they need before making a purchase.
